About
As an Asian-American adoptee, I have always been deeply curious about the concept of identity — both my own and that of others. Growing up in an adoptive family involved in the arts and entertainment industry, I was captivated by the world of fashion from a young age. I see it not just as clothing, but as a powerful form of self-expression—a way to reflect our individuality and unique essence. This fascination with fashion gradually evolved into a broader appreciation for color and the profound emotions it can evoke.
Over time, I found myself drawn to the floral industry, where I could merge my passion for aesthetics with a deeper understanding of symbolism. I came to view floral arrangements not just as beautiful decor, but as meaningful expressions of love, personality, and emotion. Each flower tells a story, and through my work as a floral designer my goal is to craft arrangements that speak to the heart.
My Southeast Asian heritage also plays a significant role in this journey. Flowers hold rich cultural symbolism in Vietnamese culture, representing everything from love and respect to the cycles of life and renewal. This connection to my roots shapes the way I approach floral design, allowing me to create pieces that honor both my personal history and the universal language of beauty and emotion.
